CCTV News has a Facebook page!!

A certain someone once said, "I need to know stuff." That someone was brilliant and that someone that said it was me. And I was stoned as hell but that is beside the point. The real point is that the world needs to know stuff and where better to get your intel then the most trusted source ever? Thats exactly the reason why we set up a Facebook page for CCTV. It will be streaming with constant updates on the stories and events that matter. "Like" us and be privy to all the crazy crap we come up with. Also we got our smart phone game up so if you have an Android then go on and upload our Crackers App. Its totally free. Season 2 of CCTV coming soon on our YouTube Channel and fb page and #CrackerTwats for the tweets and such. Thats it , much love (RESPECCCCTT!!!) -Berto

Interview with the Devil aka LIST Magazine (which may not be real)

How'd you get into Music? Where are you from? How did we get into music? Well maybe that is as simple as we can’t quite do anything else good? Nah, we got into music because it is a universal language and we feel as if we speak that shit fluently. No wait, scratch all that, we got into this because it’s a fun way to meet people all over while traveling. No that can’t be right. In all actuality we got into music because we love it. Deeply! All of us in Cheezy and the Crackers have a true passion for music as well as making it with each other. I guess growing up in Vineland New Jersey, a ghetto infested center city wrapped in farm fields, music is all we had. It’s not like there is a lot to do in our town other then jam and put on shows locally at bars. So that’s what we did for years…jam and put on shows in our town until our buzz became big enough that we found ourselves playing all over the east coast. So that brings us to today! Fresh off a short run of shows in Florida talking to you. Who are some of your influences? Music, Business or otherwise? Our influences are so diverse. There are 5 of us in the group, all of which have a different taste in music and entertainment. But as a group we are really into reggae and hip hop, and that much shows in our music. What have you been up to recently? Events, radio play, mag features, other media? We’re oh so broke so it is kind of hard to brag about anything but we find a way to do it just the same. We are a complete DIY band. That fact alone is enough to brag about. We have managed to release an album on our own, set up tours on our own, push ourselves to radio stations, listeners and so forth all with out the help and or backing of a label. This past month was a big one for us in the Crackers camp. We toured a spell in Florida, we were the featured band on WMMR in Philadelphia, and our album “Don’t Talk About It, Be About It” which we released in April is finally up on iTunes and all other digital outlets. All in all life has been good. The LIST is all about positivity and success. What improvements would you like to see in the industry? Improvements? If our album was purchased we feel it would do a number to improve us as individuals. It couldn’t hurt the “business” either. Especially ours! What's next for Cheezy and the Crackers? Plugs? Shoutouts? Extensive touring. We plan on hitting the road again in December. We also will have a few videos and some new material being released via the internet in the near future. What is next for us? Hopefully we start showing up on your ipods and in your CD changers.

Because I'm talkn abaout the road!

We are headed out on the road a week from today! Our plans have been all along to record and release what we deem as a quality album ourselves and then hit the road as part of our promotional campaign. Well we released said album, "Don't Talk About It, Be About It", on April 21st of this year and now we are finally ready to hit the ol' dusty trail. We will be starting a fall/winter full of restless promoting and playing in Florida....pretty much the whole east coast to be exact. The five of us and our trusted roadie Jake the Boy will be headed to Florida on Tuesday the 20th to spread our Crackers seed. We are all sooo stoked. We made a ton of friends last time we played in Fl, even a guy named Plum Loco, and we're super excited to see em all again as well as some new faces. Make sure to follow us on Twitter so you can be kept in the loop on all the on-goings and funny shit that takes place while we're on the road. @cheezyandthecra ......Thanks for giving a shit! We love you - Albert
