Crank It Up!

Hey gimikk fans!

First of all, we'd like to just thank each and every one of you that have helped us so far this year. It's because of your support that we've been able to make the huge progress that we have.

Here's an update of some of the great things going on: We were interviewed on KGGO's Lou, Round Guy, and Heather morning show to promote the Rick Springfield show at Seven Flags We were played 5 weeks in a row on 105.1's Iowa Unsigned show and even went in to do an interview with Benny Black. Booked some awesome shows including opening for Rick Springfield at Seven Flags Event Center

The ball is finally rolling and things are only getting better. We're still working on adding some great shows at some venues that we've never been to including some stops in the Chicago and Omaha area!

Please keep spreading the word about us. Use the tools here on RN to tell your friends on Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace about our shows and our music.

Thanks gimikk

gimikk ready to kick off the new year this Saturday!

Welcome to gimikk's ReverbNation page! This Saturday, gimikk will kick off 2010 with a hot show at the famed House of Bricks in downtown Des Moines. The show is set to begin at 5pm with the band Soapbox Prophets followed by Cat milk and Hollywood Burnout. Thaen at 9pm, gimikk will hit the stage for their first public show since last year. They will be performing your favorite tunes by the bands you love as well as a few songs from their 2008 release Kindred Puppet. But the exciting part of the show is that they will be cranking out some of the new songs from their upcoming yet-to-be-named CD. This will be the first time that these songs will be played for a crowd so it will be exciting to see what kind of reaction these songs will receive. The House of Bricks is located at 525 East Grand in Des Moines.
