The 2009 debut album from male folk-rock singer, Jadon Faith, titled, "Familiar Sounds", consists of sixteen cover versions of chart-toppers from country & folk music history. Faith offers his singing abilities and delivers remixed versions of familiar songs with his unique tenor vocal range--and a distinct tone, key & pitch--with a familiarity that may surprise listeners. Faith's interpretation of each song reveals an unexpected similarity to the original artist's version while creating new renditions in his personal style . Furthermore, Faith recruited his mother, Becky Ross, duet performances of the Patsy Cline hit, "I Fall To Pieces", and the Everly Brother's super-hit, "Cathy's Clown". Both, Faith and Ross, deliver profound harmonizing with their vocal delivery of the tracks. The album, "Familiar Sounds", contains sixteen tracks: 'Amarillo By Morning', 'Since I Fell For You', 'Why Can't He Be You', 'I Fall To Pieces (ft. Becky Ross)', 'Leavin' On Your Mind', 'She's Got You', 'The Chair', 'Does Fort Worth Ever Cross Your Mind', 'There He Goes', 'Amazing Grace', 'I Left My Heart In San Francisco', 'Lady Down On Love', 'Sweet Dreams', and 'Nobody In His Right Mind'.
Currently, Faith is working on recording his second album, which, according to the artist, "is very likely to be composed of several--if not all--cover songs with one original track from my sister, Lori." Influences Jadon credits a large portion of the musical influences which played a major part in shaping his own personal taste and style to recording artists such as Patsy Cline, the Everly Brothers, Neil Sedaka, George Michael, Richard Marx, Trisha Yearwood, The Eagles, Aaron Neville, Vince Gill, Collin Raye, and Elton John--among numerous others. Faith describes his style as "a melding of contemporary genres which incorporate a gambit of tonalities and vocal ranges, with a distinct tendency towards acoustic and plainsong musical form".
Jadon created the independent music label, Minurve Records, with the purpose of managing and producing the works of he and his sister, Lori Lynette. Both artists release their works through the Minurve Records label. Minurve Records uses established third-party companies for the digital distribution of it's releases (i.e. CD Baby, TuneCore, ReverbNation).

Minurve Records announces today the new release by Jadon Faith, "I Fall To Pieces (ft. Becky Ross)", a duet by Jadon and his mother, Becky.
Jadon Faith, musician and recording artist managed by Minurve Records, brings us a new and contemporary rendition of an older and well-known classic song. Jadon has a unique and pleasing tone and vocal talent which he ranges from mid-tenor to mid-baritone.
In this song, Jadon does an excellent job in bringing the feelings and emotions of teenage dreamboats and love crushes that we've all experienced in our youth. The message and intent of the lyrics are conveyed in a pleasing aural mix of Jadon's vocals and the song itself.
Recommended for all age groups. A great debut by this emerging artist.
