Special guests sitting in this weekend include Keef Gaspar on Drums and Luis Albert Clifford Childers on Trombone and Harmonica, we are very fortunate to have these fantastic musicians in the mix! It's going to be super cool weekend.

Besides featuring Michael Rosecrans on vocals and harmonica we also have our good friend Clint Reis filling in while BF drummer Gus Greterman is sidelined with some recent ankle surgery and covering bass we have Mike Marino.

New Upload! Classic BF doing Flakes

I found this today. It's the first incarnation of the Bongo Furys, a trio, doing Frank Zappa's Flakes. It's a one take, on very bad recording equipment with Tommy and John sharing the vocals, a treat for our FZ followers I hope. Enjoy.

Got a call to do some music this weekend, going to bring some friends in to keep it real.

New Track Alert

Posted a new piece name "Osaka", this is done entirely on my Godin Synth-Guitar, pretty sick flute patch. A departure from the normal stuff.

Shine Nov 2, 8pm

This show the BFs will run as a trio featuring Laurel Partin on sax, Gus Greterman on drums and Todd Perez on guitar, opening a full night jazz.

The Torch Club, Aug 25th 8pm-Midnight

Featuring Michael Rosecrans on vocals and Harmonica with a special appearance from BF cofounder Will Sharkdawg on Keys. We'll be playing blues East to Left Coast style. One of our last summer shows, come out and take in some great music!

Laying down the Jazz

We'll be featuring our amazing Laurel Partin on sax at the Lodi Thursday Night Market in the Wine Garden August 22nd playing some great jazz. Another awesome show for sure!

Playing some blues Bongo style at Lucille's August 3rd

Come on out have some great food and catch us laying it down with featured guest artist, blues great Gary Mendoza will be running Bongo and the rest of the Furys around the block. It's going to be awesome!

Along with the Bongo Furys rumor has it we'll be featuring Gary Mendonza on vocals and blues harp. Gary is doing some amazing things with the young blues community and fronts his band weekly, truly a pro all the way.

It's expected there will be other talented guests sitting in too!
