All of us in thadeus Project would like to welcome Kevin Smith into the fold. He is our new alternative Bass / keyboard/ guitar/ vocalist. The very multi talented and seasoned musician will stand in for Jeff Schullo when Jeff’s unavailable. So some of our shows will feature Kevin when necessary. It is also very possible that Thadeus Project will appear as a 5 piece with Kevin on guitar and vocals. Kevin is a very fine talent, and we appreciate his addition and support to Thadeus Project.
Our new single is a combo styled release of Picture Book. We also have a new vid from Parkwest Media. This is a representation of how we play the song with our guitar combo. Please enjoy. g
We have done a makeover on a old favorite. A brand new version of Picture Book will be our new single release. Officially out on the 4th of September, with a accompanying video! Some sweet camera work from our friends at Park West Media. Single available at our on line stores. video link on RN status. Stop by and give it a listen. Thx. g
Los Angeles, CA --- Thadeus Project, the Chicago based band who has won six consecutive Independent Music Awards for Favorite Band of the Year, has been nominated for a National Radio Hits Artist Award. “Load The Wagon,” the song that hit #1 on IMN’s Mainstream Chart and is currently sitting at #6, has been nominated for Favorite Video by NRH.
“We couldn’t be happier,” states band leader and co-founder, Ted Putbress. “The video for ‘Load The Wagon’ was so much fun to do. We were just jamming in the studio, which is something we love and we captured it on video. And the nomination comes at a good time, because we are set to release a new single June 1.”
Taken from the band’s Full Circle CD scheduled for release this Fall, “Hold On” is slated to hit radio June 1. “We haven’t decided on all the songs for Full Circle,” admits Putbress, “but we knew ‘Hold On’ was going to be our first single. We are going to do a big push nationally at radio and see where it all goes. In the meantime, we are just having fun.”
Thadeus Project consists of boyhood friends and co-founders Ted Putbress and Glenn Folwarski. The line up is rounded off with Chuck Nilson and Jeff Schullo. After seven CDs, numerous #1 singles and national music awards, the Thadeus Project train is running full steam ahead.
