We must be doing something Right!!! FADED SUN is also going to be Featured on LA ROCKS Live Hosted by Redbeard on Oct 20th so we will Play as House band for the Show and Advertise our upcoming shows!!!Amazing considering we are just getting out our first EP entitled "EVENT HORIZONS" coming quick Now so we can shop some Labels and shop a Tour company! It's Been amazing too we have an Article Coming out in Rock and Roll industries Magazine.from Interviews and show reveiws from ROCKWELL ANDERSON's ROCKWELL UNSCENE!.we will be featured in NAMM !and be there messin around with all the goodies and Meeting friends and Jamming of course!!Wow we need some endorsements!!!People!!lol we love all the fans support!! Hey Everyone we Survived NAMM through th NAMMTHRAX that was going around!Wow everyone has got at least a cold from that convention!!lol Anyway Faded Sun is looking forward to alot of great things in 2013!Not only Did our Drummer get to Play Cowbell onstage with some Great Drummer's(Brian Tichy-Whitesnake,Dave Lombardo-Slayer,Ray Luzier-Korn,Mike Portnoy-Ex Avenged Sevenfold and Dream Theater,Adrenaline Mob,Nicko McBrain-Iron Maiden,Steve Adler-Guns and Roses,Adler's Appetite,ETC,ETC.) Gods at the NAMM After Party on the first night Thursday:Bonzo Bash!(where stars come to play Led Zep songs with other stars Honoring JOHN BONHAM)But He also was introduced To Regal Tips's Representative by ROBB REINER of ANVIL and some good words from Great White drummer Derek!Also He was hot on trail of many other drum companies!... also Tony Sollicited Charvel of course!! and Had a cool little Jam over at HALO and made them look twice at FADED SUN for Full Endorsement!Dean is also looking at us! Saw a great friend in the Mgmt Field and are Considering 2 Management companies One for Overall and one for Tours!So Buisiness wise FADED is Doin good for 2013 we even Met Famed Video Producer Tommy DeSoto and will do a Video with him for sure also met the promoter that does 20,000 people events like Punk Rock picnic!(Thanks to OCTANE MOB on both!!) Picked up some shredding pick-ups from Dimarzio and introduced O.M.!Then we all went to More after Parties ,Where we enjoyed:Kyng,Shinedown,OHM,PRONG,Exodus etc.Great times with friends!Also For the first time we have some Requests to hear New CD from some Labels!WOW finally gettin some recognition in that field!On that Note update on recording is We are almost finished on Drum tracking,(which everyone knows takes the longest) But we have been so Happy with the actual acoustic tracking(Great Equipment and placement and Takes!) we are recording even more tracks then Originally planned,we are even doing an acoustic # and Tribute song!!So Along with our Big show at ST Rocke with Y&T and some even better bigger ones coming up but not confirmed yet,We feel 2013 is going to be pretty epic! -F.S.

The Equipment is so Top -Notch and the Takes have been Legendary!! 2013 Looks very promising we have endorsers looking at us, We have some legendary shows coming up with: Y&T ,and Possibly ANVIL and Soulfly!!!Here in the Southland and Possibly some out of state with some well known Locals for a Mini Tour!!Plus before Summer the NEW CD SHOULD be Available on CD_BABY and I-Tunes!!So very good things on that Horizon with FADED SUN, So with new Direction if you like:Black Label Society,Megadeth,Machine Head,Queensryche,Alterbridge,Deftones,Killswitch Engage, Disturbed,Five Finger Death Punch, But like very Progressive Vocals with Shredding guitars!!!!FADED SUN is Here!!!

We now are in session to our newest CD that will feature our newest Tunes with some remakes of some older ones!!!Faded Sun id also booked to support a Cancer Benifit being Held at Paladinos on December 14th I believe and we will be happy to play for the cause!!!!! We have Changed our Musical Direction to full on heavier but still in the Grove Metal/Thrash Genre!! We have a Private gig end of july then we Play with Quiet Riot with their first time back to the strip in a long time and that will be on the first night of the SUNSET STRIP MUSIC FESTIVAL on Thursday August 16th 2012!!!
