Psychobilly is a Punk Rock/Rockabilly hybrid. Bands like The Cramps, Flat Duo Jets, and The Meteors gave birth to this genre. Today plenty of great bands still make great psychobilly music, the only problem is no one thinks your legit unless you have a wedge haircut and a stand up bass. KILL CITY does have a stand up bass because we like it, but Rhoades D'Ablo have waist length dreadlocks, Reckless Ron has long hair, and Vicious Val is about the only one who looks remotely Psychobilly, so does that make us less legit?
