Heidi Zettl Wins First Place, TAMS Talent Show

The Texas Academy of Math and Science held a talent show Saturday night, January 31st, 2014. What do you get when 50 of the brightest students in the State of Texas get together to compete in a talent show? You get an incredible evening of entertainment! The show, held in McConnell Hall’s Mac Café’ on the University North Texas campus, had a full house. Congratulations to all the performers and congratulations to all the winners, this includes Heidi Zettl who performed her original song “River” to win first place. The supportive crowd gave her two standing ovations. Heidi said “The talent at the show was incredible. I was so excited when I found out, it was a real honor. Thanks to everyone who came to see the show, it was a lot of fun.”

TV Theme Song on for Another Great Season!

The ABC affiliate WFAA-TV show "Live, Love, Laugh Today" is on for another great season! The theme song we wrote for the show will once again air on the fifth largest media market in the US. The first show airs September 7th, 2014 at 11:00 am. Our thanks to Linda Cooper and Susie McAuley for bringing Dallas Texas one of the best shows in the country.

Cafe' Bohemia Performance

Heidi at House of Blues 1/29/2014

Wednesday, Jan. 29th, 2014. Join the fun and hang out with some of North Texas best songwriters. The Dallas Songwriters Association will be at the House of Blues. Heidi is performing at this open mic event, 4 original songs, including two new song she has recently completed. The party is on!

Performing on “Live, Love, Laugh Today" TV Show

We are Performing live for the ABC affiliate WFAA Chanel 8 TV Show “Live, Love, Laugh Today" on Thursday, December 12th, 2013. We will be performing the theme song for the show that we wrote and recorded. Linda Cooper and Susie McAuley, hosts of the show, will introduce us. This performance will air on the January show. We are also performing one of our originals, "Soul Colours" which will air on the February show. We thank Linda and Susie for this wonderful opportunity and look forward to the performance. Whitesboro Peanut Festival

The Whitesboro, Texas, Peanut festival is this weekend, October 19th, and we can't wait. Heidi is opening the parade singing the national anthem at 9:55 am. We perform from 11-12 noon. This festival has something for the entire family. Come celebrate the changing of the seasons with us. Just an hour drive north of the metroplex off of hwy 82.

Performing at Lovejoy High School

Oh yea..we are going to rock the school! We are performing this Friday, September 6th. 6:00-6:30pm on the main stage (back of school). We are performing our brand new, original song "Ghost" just for our Lovejoy friends. We can't wait!

SonsStock Raised over $1000.00 for Sons of Hermann Hall

We are so grateful to be a part of this incredible event and to support the historic building that has hosted so many great bands before us. We performed late in the evening, playing our original songs and some great cover. People dances while we rocked the event. Thanks to Lisa Byrn who invited us and organized the event as well as all of those who gave of their time to make this happen.

Heidi Zettl Band Watters Creek Concert a Success!

The Dallas Morning News announced the coming of the Heidi Zettl Band to Watters Creek in Allen, Texas. Little did they know what a turnout they would get. The outdoor venue includes a green where people can sit on blanket, or sit on the patios of the surrounding restaurants. The turnout was incredible, people filled the patios and the green.. We thank everyone for coming out to enjoy our music. It was wonderful to perform for our hometown.
