I worked hard yesterday. I made three tracks for my album & I only have 4 left to do plus a bonus track for the CD version. I'm thinking an Avatars Day (1st June) release. I'm looking forward to your reaction to my latest album. It is a highly experimental album, I have really stepped out of my comfort zone on this one. It's all me, no auto tune, no effects, just my voice and some great music. I really hope people understand that it's not about the sound of the voice, but the poetry of the lyrics. I wrote the lyrics seven years ago and only now am I putting it on an album.
I'd like to have contributors to some of my music. I have wrote lyrics and I have a few tracks it could go on, but what I don't have is the voice, I need singers. Also, my lyrics could be sung by anyone in any genre... I think anyway. If this blog gets you interested in working with me then please contact me via ReverbNation. Thanks.
I would like to take this time to thank each and everyone of you for the support I have received. It has been a long journey to get to where I am today, I am grateful for everything you have done to get me noticed. I would also like to announce that next year I am planning to release a fourth album. I will keep you posted on that.
I am in need of more Facebook likes so I am offering everyone on Reverbnation a Like For Like. If you like my page ( http://www.facebook.com/LordAvatarArtist ) and want me to like yours as well, just leave a message or a comment on my page. All help with this will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
The Complete Collection is a combination of all three of my albums rolled into this one amazing collection. The album is on Amazon today at the great price of just £7.49, that's for over 20 tracks. Please find the time to have a listen to it at this address - http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00DHR5MFG/ref=cm_sw_r_fa_dp_MTcZrb0N3KX8N
Legacy Of The Phoenix is now complete and available in CD or MP3 format from my official reverbnation store. This is my last album, I doubt very much that I will make another. Enjoy this last one, it's a bit different to the other two that I made previously but it is still a great album.
I have decided after a long debate with myself that, I should do one last album and then release a collection of my music on iTunes and other sites via digital distrobution. I don't know when I will enbark on this final project but when I do I will make another announcement on here. Hail Solara.
After being on Reverbnation for about 9 months I can now say to people that I made some money from the Music I made in that time. The total is really low but its still something, I made $5.83 or maybe a little higher, I just can't be bothered to add it all together even with a calculator lol. I'm happy with it, that's all that's important at the end of it all.
I have just taken my album and single of all other retailers such as; iTunes and Amazon. It says that I will not make anymore royalties from it but I hope it just gets taken down from the retailers and doesn't continue to circulate and make somebody else money. My albums/singles are still readily available through Reverbnation in my store.
When I look through the other artists in my genre and area and I find that I am ranked 8th, I have to wonder why? When you have ''Artists'' who have obviously used some sort of key board anthem and used it as their own work, it just annoys me greatly! I spend hours, at least two, composing new tracks for various albums and yet here are people with no obvious talent, moving me down the rankings. I don't know what that's all about.
