new player needed

Piper Stock Hill, the Northwest's only group dedicated to performing the music of Newfoundland, seeks an enthused and curious multi-talented player to round out our lineup. We currently play acoustic and bass guitars, banjitar, fiddle, accordion and vocals. We are looking for any combination of fiddle, mandolin, pennywhistle, bodhran and/or harmony vocals. The music is primarily based on Irish and English folk traditions and will sound familiar to most Celtic music fans and players. We play fairly regularly around the greater Seattle area and do some out of town gigs here and there but we are not a touring band by any means. We are, however, on a mission to bring the music of Newfoundland to new audiences, one pub at a time. If you're interested please contact us here for more details!
