Empire Records has accepted Medieval Steel counter proposal to record offer for the release of our new album "Dark Castle". We will be signing contracts with them this week. They will be releasing a collectors vinyl edition some time in mid to late August. We are very excited to work with Empire Record Label. I want to say congrats to all my bandmates in Medieval Steel (and to Empire Records) and look forward to doing tour dates with you guys around the world in support. Our 1st show Nov. 9th Athens, Greece. Rock on, Chuck Jones

New Medieval Steel guitarist Jeff Cobble

New Medieval Steel guitarist Jeff Cobble It has been a tough couple weeks for Medieval Steel. While in the midst of finishing Dark Castle, we lost our guitarist and brother Hatchet Jack Hardin due to health issue's. We want to wish Jack full recovery with situation. Love ya bro and we know you can beat any situation life throws at you. Filling Jack's shoes is next to impossible given his brilliant style of guitar playing. On an up note, award winning guitar virtuoso Jeff Cobble will be joining the legacy ranks of Steel guitarist to finish album and continued tour dates. Jeff is one of the few who can step in to fill this position. We in the band have been fans of Jeff's diverse, Steve Morse style of playing guitar for 25 yrs. We want to welcome Jeff as the newest member of Medieval Steel. We in the band can't wait to put our new guitar line up of Cary Scarbrough & Jeff Cobble on stage together and unleash these two massive musicians. We have all seen the write ups from guitar magazines about these two players as individuals, but now as a team this is gonna get insane. We will be posting more press on Jeff in the upcoming weeks. Rock on- Medieval Steel

Medieval Steel offered tour of Greece & Cyprus. Standby for details

Chuck Jones charity bass

I am so proud to announce the Clement #254 bass I played over this past year and was sent to auction for Ronald McDonald House raised $14,300. It was the highest auctioned item in their history. Thank you Tom Clement for allowing me to assist in this cause. That is really awesome news my friend. Let me know anything else that I can help with. Cheers, Chuck Jones
