RED 423 / Blog

RED 423 kicked butt at Rock for A Cure!

The sixth annual Rock For A cure was again held at the Block in Fort Walton Beach. Another great night of music featuring ten bands with a wide variety of styles. RED 423 again opened the main stage. Their hour and a half set was fast paced and packed with an excellent assortment of classic rock and blues. Guitarist Chuck Tidwell set the tone of their set with the opening strains of Van Halens Aint Talkin Bout Love and from there it was balls to the wall rock. These guys don't waste any time talking between songs - each songs ending is the segue to the next. Each band member was featured throughout the set as they are all outstanding vocalists. They ended the set with a tight, spot on rendering of La Grange and an encore sing along with All Right Now. If you were not there, you missed it!
