How to Please GOD

After thinking about how to please GOD the scripture Hebrews 11:6 (NIV) {And without faith it is impossible to please GOD, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him} came to mind. The definition for FAITH is a strong or unshakeable belief in something, especially without proof or evidence; a conviction of the truth of certain doctrines of religion, especially when this is not based on reason; complete confidence or trust in a person, remedy, etc. tc.; Christianity trust in GOD and in his actions and promises. In that scripture it also said you have to seek him. The definition for SEEK is to try to obtain or acquire, to try to find by searching; look for: to seek a solution to try to find or discover by searching or questioning. After reading both definitions the understanding that GOD can’t be pleased by people who aren’t willing to know him. A thought came to mind, ost people do not bless others if they do not know them; it’s hard for people to help someone they do not relate too. If you don’t have compassion for another person’s situation then most of the time you will walk pass them and never ask if they need help. GOD requires us to get to know him because he wants us to learn his mentality. GOD already knows us so he doesn’t get a benefit from getting to know us. Instead he reveals us to ourselves and in the process we learn more who GOD is. When we learn who GOD is we understand being selfish isn’t a correct way to live at all. We understand blessing people with one hand and having our other hand out to receive is not what GOD is about. GOD gave his son to us to have chance to be in his presence for the rest of our lives naturally and spiritually. GOD simply asks us to have faith and to seek him because we have to know when we seek him he reveals himself to us and in faith take on his attributes to become a person who blesses. Because when you bless others you bless yourself, blessing someone represents a seed being sown and all seeds bring fourth harvest. Gen 1:11 {Then GOD said, "Let the earth produce vegetation: plants bearing seeds, each according to its own type, and fruit trees bearing fruit with seeds, each according to its own type." And so it was}. Galatians 6:7 {Do not be deceived: GOD is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap}. GOD’s ultimate goal is for us to live life in the way he has set forth to bring him a harvest of glory. However, we will never know what he set fourth if we aren’t willing to please him by seeking him with our faith. GOD is example John 3:16 {For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life} will you follow???

If we all take the time to think about the word love we will notice that we all have different definitions. However we should realize GODS love is not like our love. GODS love comes with a plan, (John 3:16 New International Version (NIV) 16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life) a plan to guide us to our ultimate purpose. Which shows from the start whenever we decide to love our love should have a purpose behind it. (Jeremiah 29:11-14"...For I know the plans I have for you," declares the lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you," declares the lord, "and will bring you back from captivity or will restore your fortunes. I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you," declares the lord, "and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile.") GOD uses Jesus as our perfect example to give us guidance on how we should live as well as love. Jesus said (Mar 12:30-31 and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.” This is the first commandment. And the second is like this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these). So lets strive to LOVE with a GODLY purpose and stick to the plan our father has set fourth for us. Jesus did, even when felt heavy about the plan he still went fourth with it. And because of Christ we get to experience the Love of him and our father. GOD even loves us so much we have back up plans Grace and Mercy. And when we abuse that source of GODS love, Jesus is always praying for us that GOD will continue to give us a chance to achieve our purpose. (Hebrews 7:25. "He is able to save forever those who draw near to God through him, because he always lives to make intercession for them). Are you loving right? FOOD FOR THOUGHT: 1 John 4:10 "This is what real love is: It is not our love for God; it is God's love for us in that he sent his Son to be the way to take away our sins." 1 Corinthians 2:9, "The eye has not seen and the ear has not heard, nor has there even been conceived in the mind of man the things that God has prepared for those that love him."

Alot of people are talking about being real. And being real is great however being real and not changing what your being real about doesnt matter. We are called to cause change in others lives so lets show that GOD is doing his perfect work in us.
