ey everybody! Thanks to EVERYONE who came out to Expo on Friday night to support the Blooming Young Artists concert and the Virginia Wounded Warrior Program! The event was a huge success and everyone had a great time. SaraJane McDonald, David Sayre, and Jeremy Staubus all gave stellar performances and if you haven't checked them out yet, make sure you do!
We have added a few dates to my April calendar, so make sure you keep checking back to see when and where I'll be performing. April 13th, I'll be at Augusta Expo for the Top Rope Pro Wrestling event. I'm scheduled to do a 30 minute mini-concert to open the event and I hope you can all be there! You can get details about the event, ticket prices, and times etc. on my facebook page at www.facebook.com/emmaleighmusic. These are a great group of people, and I can't wait to meet them (and the wrestlers)!!! It should be a great time, and I've never been to a wrestling match before....so I'm seriously looking forward to it!
April 20th, I will be in Downtown Roanoke to kick off their summer concert series called DownxDowntown! I'm opening for Greg Bates, and in case you didn't know, he has a top 20 single out called, "I Did It For The Girl". I'm so excited!!! Hopefully, I'll get to meet him at the event, and if so...I'll be sure to post pics. Also appearing that day are Rutledge, Tobacco Apache, and The Dirt Road Travelers! This is a free event with an amazing lineup at the Outside Main Stage in downtown Roanoke. I hope you all can make it!
My facebook page has been blowing up, and I want to give a special shout out to Chris and Crystal Graham of Augusta Free Press, and Top Rope Pro Wrestling for the push! They put a call out to their fans and friends and you guys have really responded! I'm so grateful for every single fan and I can't thank you all enough for your support!
