Hybrid Minds

Hybrid Minds is a Colombian metal band from Bogota formed in 2009 by guitarist Nelson Ramírez and bassist Andrés Parra. Drummer Andrés Poveda joined the band some time later. The first vocalist the band had was Sebastian García, who unfortunately passed away. Jairo Clavijo filled the spot left by him, joining the band in 2010. After months of rehearsing, this new line-up decided it was time to record their first EP (Unscarred) at Audiofactory studio by the end of 2010. The final mix was finished in January 2011. The EP contains 4 tracks that combine aggressive soundscapes and powerful lyrics. The band has shared stage with Slayer on 2011 and played on Rock al Parque - the biggest free open air Rock Festival in Latin America which attracts more than 266,000 spectators each year.
