WE ALL FALL SHORT

WE ALL FALL SHORT

THANK GOD THAT ( JESUS CHRIST ) STEPPED UP FOR THOSE OF "US" THAT WEREN'T BORN SAVED OUT OF THE WOMBS OF OUR MOTHERS.... YOU KNOW "SINNERS SAVED BY GRACE"!

EVEN THOUGH A LOT OF PEOPLE IN THE BODY OF CHRIST ACT LIKE THEY WERE BORN THAT WAY... (SAVED)

YOU KNOW (SELF RIGHTEOUS PEOPLE) WHO WHEN YOU MEET THEM, THE FIRST THING COMING OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS IS THEM TALKING ABOUT WHAT THEY DON'T DO.. "BEWARE OF THEM", BECAUSE THAT'S A DEFENSE MECHANISM TO COVER UP WHAT ALL THEY DO, "DO"

Y'ALL KNOW THE TYPE OF PEOPLE I'M TALKING ABOUT..LOL...

BUT SERIOUSLY, NEVER FORGET WHERE YOU CAME FROM, JUST BECAUSE YOU CAME FROM UNDER IT OR OVERCAME IT!

EVERYBODY IS NOT THERE YET!

SO DON'T BE SO QUICK TO JUDGE SO CRITICALLY, IF YOUR NOT WILLING TO SHOW A LITTLE "LOVE" & "COMPASSION" AND BE WILLINGLY READY TO "RESTORE THEM"!

Note: IF WE PRAYED FOR PEOPLE AS MUCH AS WE "TALKED" ABOUT THEM, IT WOULD BE A LOT MORE PEOPLE ON THE RIGHT TRACK ;-)

Amen :-)

Be careful what you pray for!

Be careful what you pray for!

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. {Matthew 7:7}

This is a very practical technique of prayer. It works amazingly!

One reason we do not get answers to our prayers is that we ask, but do not really expect to receive.

We are expert askers, but inexpert receivers.

This spirituals formula tells us to ask and then immediately conceive of ourselves as receiving.

For example, to be free from fear, ask the Lord to free you.

Then believe that He has immediately done so.

The minute you express your faith by sincerely asking Him for a blessing and believe that your prayer is answered, then your prayer is answered.

Note: In John 14:12-14 Jesus says, anything you ask in my name I "will" do, BUT! it also says, SO that the FATHER may be glorified, not you.. So stop praying selfish prayers, or you may get it answered, not by God tho, because satan will bless you to, but a string will be attached to it.

So line up with God!

Amen!

DRIFTING AWAY ?

DRIFTING AWAY ?

We tend to "drift away" Spiritually.

Its subtle yet SHOCKING when we suddenly realize how FAR we've drifted from God!

The point of departure begins when Satan steals our affection from our loving Creator by putting a deceitful twist on our experiences & causing us to suspect God instead of trust Him.

Consider Job & his wife. Both had PLENTY of reasons to be mad at God. Their children were dead, their fortune lost, & Job's health destroyed! His wife told him," curse God & die!" But Job replied,"shall we indeed accept good from God & not accept adversity?" (Job 2:9:10).

There are MANY attitudes that can set us adrift believing that we need more than God to be happy, placing meaningful relationships above our loyalty to God; thinking God should live up to our expectations; resisting His reproofs; turning a deaf ear when His Word is uncomfortable!

If you're beginning to drift, remember to stay close to the One Who Is the Source of satisfaction.

STAY ANCHORED 2 THE ROCK, EVEN THOUGH TRUTH HURTS!

"FREE INDEED"

"FREE INDEED"

You, who have shown me great and severe troubles, shall revive me again, and bring me up again from the depths of the earth. - Psalm 71:20

For Thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling. - Psalm 116:8

Thy right hand, O LORD, is become glorious in power; Thy right hand, O LORD, hath dashed in pieces the enemy. - Exodus 15:6

All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned, every one, to his own way; and the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. - Isaiah 53:6

"The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; to proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD." - Luke 4:18-19

Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, "I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life." - John 8:12

And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. - John 8:32

Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed. - John 8:36

Faith on Fire!

Faith on Fire!

To maintain & attain strong faith, a Christian must keep meditating on the precious truths found in God's words.

The "faithful slave" in Matt.24:45-47 show us how to know Christ better.

Then prayer is another aid to building strong faith. We should humbly ask GOD for the help of His Holy Spirit and the fruits of it.

Lastly, obeying God's commandments will produce lasting happiness & faith within us.

What is faith? Heb.11:1-Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.( We are not only to "believe" but we are to "move on" what we're believing for)

But! Heb.11:6-And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.

Amen!

MOVING !

"MOVING OUT OF THE PAST"

Lord, help me to be renewed in the spirit of my mind. Where I have made wrong choices in the past, I pray that You would forgive me and redeem those mistakes. Help me to forgive myself so that I don't keep replaying them in my thoughts. Take all of my past failures and use them for good today. I know that because I have put You in charge of my future, I don't have to fear that the events of my past will keep me from moving into all You have for me..

"That you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness. " Ephesians 4:22-24

"MOVING INTO YOUR FUTURE"

Lord, I surrender my past, present, and future to You now. Help me not to be anxious about my future but to rest in the knowledge that my future is secure in You. I want to keep one foot in eternity by never letting go of Your hand. I want to store up so many treasures in heaven that heaven will feel familiar the moment I arrive. And when I do take that final step into my eternal future with You, I trust that You will be there for me with all the light I need for that step, too...

"There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off. " Proverbs 23:18

ENCOURAGE SOMEBODY

ENCOURAGE SOMEBODY

I'm sending you this message just 2 let you know that you are being thought of today!

I'm challenging you to encourage and SHOW love to someone today that you maybe don't like, or that gets on your nerves, or that has hurt you in the past, or maybe even someone that doesn't like you. "Anybody"

Remember you may never know what a person is or may be going through.

An encouraging word or a showing of Godly affection could be the determining factor of someone choosing the right way to go!

Stop being selfish for a moment and start reaching out to others as God and others have reached out to you..

Even if your going through something, don't let that be an excuse, still encourage somebody and be encouraged !

Try making this a daily routine and watch your life begin to go in a positive direction and burdens begin to get lifted of your shoulders.

We all go through and we all have problems, and that's more of a reason that we all should be encouraging each other!

"Love Ya" :-) !

No Pain, No Gain!

No Pain, No Gain!

Divine intimacies bring not only joy, but sorrow also.

Do we want fellowship with Christ?

We may have it, but with all of its magnificent rewards comes a cost!

If we are to reach any depth of maturity in Christ, we must know that He and this world don't mix. There is "enmity"(hostility, animosity or hate) between them.

We tend to avoid pain at all cost, but we are being unrealistic and will end up denying His call when we expect to know Him without knowing the grief of His rejection.

But take heart! "I have overcome the world."John.16:33) "

A Christian is someone who shares the sufferings of Christ in the world."

So the next time you want to complain and cry about the "stuff" your "going thru“, think about all the pain, torture, ridicule, persecution and death that Jesus Christ endured for us even though He didn't deserve it, but yet He took all that "WE DESERVE"!

THINK ABOUT IT!

Have a blessed day!

Reconciliation

Reconciliation

And all things are of GOD, who hath reconciled us to Himself by Jesus Christ, & hath given to the ministry of reconciliation II Cor. 5:18.

To reconcile is to be friendly again, & bring to acceptance.

It is our responsibility as believers to represent the LORD JESUS CHRIST!

Many times we struggle with the issue of reconciliation because of the sin nature of man.

We have to pray to bring change against hostility, hatred, unforgiveness, & all the things that would bring enmity against GOD. We must be willing to share the Gospel with all. Because we fail to remember that God has taken away all the old things in our life & made us new, then we to must want this for others.

What an awesome opportunity GOD has given us to choose life or death. As we partake of such a great salvation we must take on the duty to win souls.

All of us belong to GOD therefore it is our time to work the will of the Father.

Perform the ministry of reconciliation to bring others into harmony with God.

The Nots Prayer

The Nots Prayer

Dear Father God in the name of Jesus Christ:

Please untie the knots that are in my mind, my heart & my life!

Remove the have nots, the can nots & the do nots that I have in my mind.

Erase the will nots, may nots & the might nots that might find a home in my heart.

Release me from the could nots, would nots & should nots that obstruct my life!

Most of all, Dear God, I ask that You remove from my mind, my heart & my life, ALL of the am nots that I've allowed to hold me back, especially the thought that I'm not good enough!

In Jesus Christ name, AMEN!!!
