Year 1 in review

Hello to all friends, fans, and family of Happy Tuesday we are coming up on the 1 year mark of the band and what a year it has been we began this year as a four piece with a brillant lead guitar player that brought a great dynamic to the band but unfortunitly he chose to move on to a new band that is quickly becoming okc's best new bands and also we saw a bit of a rotaiting line up through out the year from the bass and drum slots and to all I sincerly thank each and everyone who has stepped on the stage with Happy Tuesday their work sometimes with only days before a show coud only be desribed as extrordinary we have also have hit some of the best stages that the okc area has to offer from the hidden castle in norman to the legendary bricktown live we have been truly honored to play all the great venues and share the stage with some awsome local talent and not so local talent we also managed to cement the line up in between all the chaous with the addition of Eric "Sticks" Johnson on the drums and a familiar face of original drummer Michael "Woody" Woodruff stepping in on the bass Happy Tuesday is stronger than ever we have hooked up with Gemini Talent and with their help we have a strong focous on the goals at hand and how to acheive them and this past october we hit the studio at Green House Recording Studios where we put together an 8 song demo which can be heard right here on our myspace page so as you can see it has been one crazy first year for Happy Tuesday and as we look in the future to year 2 we plan to keep hitting the stage and playing in front of bigger and bigger crowds and expand into new markets and keep bringing you the great music that we pride ourselves in creating so be sure to follow Happy Tuesday in 2011 as we plan to see big things in the near future Dan
