Biography:

From the legendary Ryman Auditorium to The Bluebird Café, banjo-picking to yes, bass fishing and bowhunting, country fans have just plain fallen in love with Misty Loggins. Best known for her vivid story-telling and the resounding truth in her powerful vocals, this North Georgia farm girl connects with sold out crowds through her award-winning musicianship and engaging, dynamic personality. Misty is also one of the fastest rising names in the Outdoor Industry. When she’s not on stage or in the studio, you can find Misty out on the water yanking in monster bass or in a tree-stand hunting record setting game as a member of the Bowtech Archery Prostaff. While Misty is undeniably country, her music draws from a deep well of influences ranging from traditional country to blues, southern rock and beyond. From making crowds roar with laughter when singing about fishing in “Tie One On: The Fishing Song” or sharing the trials and tribulations of a female big-rig driver in “The Truckin’ Song,” to the soulful, bluesy twang of “Red Georgia Mud” or her tear jerking, true life story of growing up as a farmer’s daughter in “Poor Man’s Floor,” Misty’s songwriting takes the listener on an unforgettable journey that they're eager to go on again. Whether she’s rocking out on her electric Gretsch guitar or picking a toe-tapping tune on her banjo, Misty loves to entertain and it shows.

Misty has shared the stage with many of the Grand Ole Opry's biggest stars and has had the honor of a standing ovation at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. Misty has had an overwhelming response at her CMA Music Festival Emerging Artist booth meet-and-greets, where she signed thousands of autographs, connected one on one with fans, and in 2015 debuted as the first woman on the cover of Bass Angler Magazine. After its debut at Misty’s CMA booth, her first music video “Talk Country To ‘Em” went viral with over a quarter million views. Misty’s online fan base is an active one, with her musical Facebook videos garnering views in the hundreds of thousands. This All-American girl has a large overseas following and was chosen to headline the Country Festival in Bern Switzerland to a sold out crowd. In addition to lighting up the stage in her live performances, Misty is no stranger to television. She's made numerous appearances on shows like CMT's Top 20 Countdown and Hazel Smith’s Country Fried Flicks. Her vivid songwriting has made her a favorite at the BMI Key West Songwriters Festival, where she has shared the bill with artists such as Kacey Musgraves, Randy Houser, Florida Georgia Line, Love & Theft and Jamey Johnson. As a songwriter, Misty has been blessed to have her songs cut by other artists, but she truly loves sharing her southern stories with all the heart and character of her own unique, country voice. In 2015 Misty made history by combining fishing, country music and breathtaking views in her 2015 fishing calendar “Tie One On.”

“BMI’s Bradley Collins knew he had encountered something special when he first heard Misty Loggins perform, and he became one of her earliest champions. Loggins received resounding affirmation of her singing and songwriting gifts when she signed her very first publishing deal. Misty put the pen to paper here at BMI, another proud home for this exciting talent on the rise ”

"Misty Loggins is not just another pretty face. As a music business photographer, I've seen lots of them, but once you get past her pretty blue eyes, you'll discover a wealth of talent and personality that makes her unforgettable. She can write you a ballad that comes from deep in the heart, then grab you by the jugular with a sassy truckin' song. With an appreciation for the female vocalists before her, it is not unusual to hear a little Tammy or Reba or Trisha in her voice. Add to that, the songwriting ability and self-deprecating sense of humor of Dolly and you've got Misty Loggins from Hollywood, Hollywood, Georgia that is."

“The Key West Songwriter’s Festival celebrated its 15th year last week and what a great event it was...Over 100 came and performed at various venues about town from April 28th through May 2nd... The highlight of the event that day, and perhaps the whole event itself, was Misty Loggins. Misty plays not only from the heart, but also with true fortitude. Not only does she write a great song, but she can make her Taylor sing, on her quiet ballads, yet growl, and snarl with emotion on her more earthy songs, like “Red Georgia Mud”. Keep an eye on this woman. She’s the real deal. ”
