Buddy Sampson, Bassist and Composer, will host a “Jazz and Funk” Night to benefit Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Co-producing and hosting the show is Esther Canata. For those of you that attended his last show at Hemingway's June 2013, you know what an exciting show it will be!! Joining him will be The Jazz Scribes, Buddy Sampson and Friends, Saga, Featuring Rachel Grace and Crosstown Traffic (Lamar Webster), with the electrifying Myra Washington. Also sitting in with Buddy Sampson and Friends and featured in Crosstown Traffic will be "The Voice" star T.j. Wilkins. The event will be held on December 3, 2013, from 7:00PM-11:30PM at King King Hollywood, at 6555 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028, (323)960-9234. Buddy’s ensemble will feature Rachel Grace on violin, Crystal Mantecon on vocals and an exciting array of guest vocalists and musicians. Also on the show are jazz group The Jazz Scribes, Rachel Grace and Saga and the exciting group Crosstown Traffic, which will be featuring scintillating singer and performer Myra Washington for a very special evening featuring Jazz and Funk.
