Local Arkansas musicians will put on a benefit concert for "A Step Forward," a Community Enrichment Organization dedicated to establishing a transitional housing facility to help homeless (or at risk) families get back into the workforce or gain access to education in order to become self-reliant in the Batesville Area. The benefit will be held on Saturday, June 20th - Music will start at 12 pm (noon) and last until 10:00 pm at the Riverside Park Amphitheater. Local Arkansas Artists include: Ken Smith, singer songwriter from Batesville; The Key of G, Christian band from Batesville; Echoes of Silence, Alternative-Rock band from Cabot; Shannon McClung, singer songwriter from Little Rock; The Natural State Band, Southern Rock, Country and Blues band from Mountain Home; And More! Admission is free, but we will be accepting donations to help "A Step Forward" establish a transitional housing facility.
