“My story’s just begun…” Wow … that was all I could say when I heard Madison sing the first note of the first song she performed that night. We’d come out to hear her sing, my children and I, along with some friends and their kids. I was instantly blown away by her talent. We loved every song we heard in the next couple of hours, as Madison played the guitar and the piano, and sang some of her own original songs along with covers of some old and current favorites. Photographing these promotional images for Madison was a joy and an honor. Just like her music, she carries herself with a lyrical grace and a depth of soul. ”

“The next course was an unexpected burst of talent from 13-year-old Madison Shea, whose abilities moved her around the stage from guitar to keyboard to microphone and back again. She performed an even mix of covers and original pieces, channeling Taylor Swift with her mature vocals and heartfelt, handwritten ballads about young love. "This is called Your Princess," Shea said of her opening number, "And I wrote it about a guy I really liked, and I didn't know if he liked me back. But it seemed like it, so I wrote a song about it." Similarities between Shea and the teen queen of country continued, as she covered Swift's Back to December, then blushed and giggled while trying to explain a current crush and the difficulties of admitting her feelings for him. Her family looked on from the audience, all smiles, and her mother said that the young performer even has a number available on iTunes. ”
