Richard Strater's vocals are some of the most impressive in alternative on reverb, the vibrato is noticeable but not overbearing and the notes carry into each other very well. The bass is higher than in most bands and gives a unique to feel to the songs; playing excellently with the rhythm guitar and drawing focus to the quake of the vocals. However it seems most of your songs have similar placings of rests for each song and although easy to listen to and very likeable none of them are particularly memorable, they need more energy, such as a more dramatic drop in key or perhaps a faster upbeat especially with the drums. Overall Lost in the Middle is a great band and receives an 8/10 from Out of Tune Reviews, if you believe we should redo our review or would like to suggest another band message us
