The Tryads and Killer Paisley will be performing their long awaited NCDA concert on Sunday February 12 at 8 pm. After canceling their concert over the summer due to hurricane Irene there was an overwhelming response from fans urging the bands to reschedule. And so they have. Killer Paisley plays an eclectic mix of folk rock and comedy. Often compared to Barenaked Ladies or They Might Be Giants, Killer Paisley's music will have you laughing, crying and singing along. Rock trio The Tryads' piano heavy rock sound ranges from Ben Folds, to The Who with hints of The Doors and Billy Joel thrown in. Admission to the show is "pay what you can" so don't worry if you are short on funds; however, a portion on the proceeds go to support The National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts, so please do "pay what you can." Suggested donation is $10. For more info write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
