Kazzoshay / Press

“With spooky synth lines seemingly sent from Skynet, Kazzoshay’s self-titled debut will have you checking your back for cyborg assassins. However, unlike the year 2029, this album is much more than an industrial wasteland. Cold, cutting electronica is combined with cool classic rock singing, reminiscent of Robert Plant and The Cult’s Ian Astbury. It’s an appealing amalgamation, considering industrial music is usually categorized by harsh, mechanical vocals. Despite some flat production here and there, this disc sounds like Judgement Day is just around the corner.”
