Make Music Harvard Square is a new live, free musical celebration taking place each year on the closest Saturday to June 21st, on the streets of Cambridge, all around Harvard Square, from 1PM to 10PM. Modeled on the “Fête de la Musique”, the first edition took place on Saturday, June 21, 2008. The last two years were largely successful, and it was estimated that a total of 20,000 people gathered each time to enjoy Make Music Harvard Square. 150+ Performers/Bands TBA
Bio: Julian Weisser is a folk singer originally from Connecticut. His music blends traditional and contemporary folk styles with vintage country sounds. Weisser possesses a voice that sounds older than his years and accompanies it with a gentle, complimentary rhythmic guitar style.
