“One Person Every Day”

“Christian quartet Jenisis has been performing throughout Las Vegas this winter in preparation for their upcoming national tour. Gaining attention for their strong vocals and even stronger faith, this latest group of artists to come out of TriHouse Ministries is looking forward to what God has in store. As lead singer Cheryl Smih put it "God is faithful. He always shows up, He's always there." Not new to performing Smith was once part of the secular group called Divinity. She said she felt the Lord tugging on her to make a change. "Christian music is just something I felt God called me to do" Smith said, "and I needed to seperate myself and do only what glorifies Him." The genesis of Jenisis was 17 months ago. Not only was the group supported by Marcus Mooney at TriHouse, Smith also said she was encouraged by her husband of 23 years who passed away in 2009. "My husband was my partner." remembered Smith.”
