Drag Racers Affiliated Guild added 9 new photos. 17 mins · A big Thank You goes out to Jeff Senour and CTS for inviting American DRAGCAR to be a part of their Van Briesen family benefit show last night at the Chandler Center For The Arts. Jeff and CTS are the creators and performers of the song "Quarter Mile" which accompanies much of the DRAGCAR race videos and are a real down to earth bunch who do a number of benefit shows for various causes. They are also associated with Doug Herbert's B.R.A.K.E.S. program and Traci Hrudka's 1320 Project/Quarter Mile Foundation so DRAGCAR feels like we are in good company. This was a very short notice endeavor with literally only 2 days notice which is why there was not more mention of it prior to the show but DRAGCAR thanks Underdog Racing Team members Tom Fitch and Chris Holbrook for participating in displaying their cars for the public at this event. DRAGCAR has now also been invited to be part of CTS's next Valley area Freedom Rock Experience show being held in mid' December. We will publish this further as details are confirmed.

“I am the education director for the Corona Symphony Orchestra in Corona, California. Our Conservatory Students and Youth Symphony recently performed withe CTS Rock Band as part of the Freedom Rock Experience. My phone and email have been burning up with the positive comments from students, parents and audience members. Our students worked very hard to prepare the music and their efforts were greatly rewarded with the professionalism, courtesy and outright joy that CTS brought to the event. The program included an honor guard, Congressional Medal of Honor recipients, and other dignitaries. I was pleased to see our students interact with the very positive social forces. The CTS musicians interacted with the student musicians throughout the rehearsal, sound check and concert, and recognized them for their work. The band worked very well with our local conductor to create a strong communication from CTS to the conductor to the students, and back to CTS. Not easy to do in just one c”
