Jeff Hayford / Press

““Very tuneful intro. Its slow and soft. Vocals are rich. Lead singer has a very nice voice. Lyrics are very real and can be felt by the listener. The arrangement of the music is very good. The vocals never get overpowered so you can hear the lyrics clearly.””

RN Listener "Hear Him Sing"

““The music is very country based. I really do like this song genuinely, the lyrics are powerful and I think people can relate to this song. Everything just simply seems to work. Most powerful part of this song has to be the lyrics - clear and simplistic but at the same time reliable.””

RN Listener "Hear Him Sing"

““A great clean guitar intro sound and straight into the vocal. A bit of country type Americana sound. A great guitar sound with nice guitar phrases which complement the overall track. Well I can see many Americana big band influences with this act all positive and fit well with the sound. A very catchy tune which I like a lot. The studio production was great and possibly a good band to see live.””

RN Listener "Hear Him Sing"

"This is a pretty good song love the guitar riffs. And the lyrics are just awesome really takes you back to the 50s. It also has a groovy beat with a modern sound. And the pace is also good. This is a song I would listen to if I heard it on the radio."

RN Listener Review

"Yay for the guitar in this song. It was very cool to listen to the guitar instrumentals. I think the vocals blended well with the guitar and did not get rid of the awesome sound the guitar was making in the background. I do not know if they were the best lyrics for the song, but they were okay. I would listen to this song for the seriously awesome guitar. Good job to whoever the guitarist is. I think this song has a hit potential."

RN Listener Review of "Bad Attitude"

"Nice entrance into a retro jazz song, nice electric guitars sounds! The voice of the singer makes this retro song solid and intensity, he deliver the message with a nice style. This track sounds very cool and smooth, the message of the lyrics is inspiring and sounds amazing, the rhyme is great and everything said in the words falls into a great place in the layers of music. I like the style, the voice and the musical aspect it self is great. the musicians did a great job, they made the retro back in style and put it out there with pride. I like when artists take the risk and make a new old style work for the people to enjoy. This band sounds good and I know they will make a hit soon!

ReverbNation Listener Review of "Bad Attitude"

“Jeff Hayford is a singer but also a songwriter and producer who has played up and down the east coast. He brings realness to music. “Bad Attitude” is a well crafted song that is accompanied by Jeff’s singer/songwriter ways. He captures the artistry of songwriting and makes things go well from the start. He does the same thing with “Hear Him Sing.” If you like artists like John Mellencamp, then you’d like this softer side of Hayford’s music. “Bounce Back” picks it all up for the whole lot.
