“Live show review: Following the Pittsburgh bands were grindpunk band from Cleveland, Gomorrahizer. From what I saw that evening, they were very well received by our yinzer crowd. Probably because Gomorrahizer has performed in our city before at local bars such as the White Hawk Café and 31st Street Pub. Gomorrahizer’s abrasive vocals is full of guttural growls and shattering screams, all presented by a drummer who looks a little like Topher Grace. Drums and cymbals are relentlessly being battered as the guitar rifts chug along. I’m also going to assume that the Clevelanders brought with them a manikin’s head, which was being tossed around like a beach ball in the mosh pit. And then to top it all off, Gomorrahizer performed a cover of Judas Priest’s “Breaking The Law.” Instrumentally the song was close enough to the original, but added in were grindcore vocals. The audience seemed to enjoy the brutally enhanced version of “Breaking The Law.””
