REMEMBERING HAITI: One year later France Ô - FRANCE TELEVISION group meets "The New Voice of The Caribbean", GLAWDYS N'DEE . Afro Caribbean singer/songwriter Glawdys N'Dee will present the very special benefit concert Remembering Haiti : One year later on January 20th 2011 at 8:00 P.M. at the iconic Wild Hare supper club, located at 3530 North Clark Street, Chicago IL. This concert is dedicated to the victims and survivors of the January 12, 2010 earthquake. Doors open at 8pm. Show start from 8.30 to 10.30pm. On the occasion, Glawdys N'Dee will join forces with Chicago' s scene top musicians with a special appearance by internationally renowned former Miles Davis Musical Director and Pianist, The Legendary Robert Irving III. This concert will be filmed by France Ô, one of France’s largest television production / broadcaster companies, as a part of a project to highlight Glawdys N’Dee’s remarkable career. The final product will be televised later this year in France and the West Indies. Her ground-breaking debut album LYANNAJ -- (Creole word meaning To Win Over, To Connect, To Unite in Solidarity) has garnered national and international critical acclaim, including early Grammy Award consideration.
