“JENSEN BEACH — A concert to help send a local teen overseas for the summer will be April 28 in Jensen Beach. The concert will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the American Legion, at 3195 N.E. Savannah Road. There will be live local bands, beer, food, raffles and kids' activities. Bands include Gargantua Tarantula, Babylon, The Short Bus Band, The Uprising, Northern Lights and For What It's Worth. The event benefits Logan Coker, who is trying to raise money for an overseas summer trip to do community service projects and learn about other cultures. Coker attends Lincoln Park Academy and has been chosen to represent the United States as a student ambassador this summer. He will be traveling to Greece, Italy and France for 21 days. He needs $7,300 to pay for his travel expenses and the community service projects he'll be involved in.”
