Every song has personal passion injected into them, ensuring that their songs can stand the test of time and stick into the minds of the audience with catchy melodies, mind blowing vocals and harmonies. The music is more than complemented by a group of hugely talented musicians who never fail to deliver that killer hook.Since the band first formed in 2008 they have had the luck to support some internationally recognised acts. They have toured the UK, and over the last two years the US and Canada. The tours of Canada and the US have started building a fan base on the other side of the Atlantic and with their British twist on an American sound they never fail to pick up new followers at every show. The late part of 2011 has seen the band follow up their self titled and released EP Familiar Looking Strangers with a self released album Love, hate and heartbreak. A batch of 2000 CDs quickly sold out over in the UK after the album launch gig in Liverpool and more had to be quickly pressed for a forthcoming small tour of Wisconsin and Illinois. The band's long-term goals are to continue writing, recording and touring across the Atlantic to build up their fan base in the US, as they see this as their target market. With every gig, tour or recording the band continues to go from strength to strength and it is in no doubt that Familiar Looking Strangers have a bright and exciting future ahead within the music world.LINKSwww.familiarlookingstrangers.comwww.facebook.com/FamiliarLookingStrangershttp://ourstage.com/epk/vcxbluhmrvvw
