    Interview and Performance: Eric Andersen Singer-songwriter Eric Andersen wrote Thirsty Boots and other urban-folk staples of the 1960s. He was Bob Dylans contemporary in New Yorks Greenwich Village music scene, and like Dylan, he travelled in the late 1960s to Nashville, where he recorded A Country Dream at Wayne Mosss Cinderella Sound studios. In 1972 Andersen created Blue Rivera landmark album in the folk-rock genrewith producer Norbert Putnam at Putnams Quadrafonic studio on Music Row. Andersen now lives in the Netherlands. He will discuss his Nashville works and perform briefly in this local appearance. Andersen will be accompanied by Inge Andersen (vocal harmony) and Michele Gazich (violin). This event is presented in support of the exhibition Dylan, Cash, and the Nashville Cats: A New Music City, presented by Citi. Musician Pete Finney, co-curator of the exhibit, will host this program. Interview and Performance: Eric Andersen takes place in the Museum's Ford Theater and will also be streamed live at countrymusichalloffame.org/streaming.
