On July 5, 1954, Elvis walked into Sun Studios in Memphis and recorded “That’s All Right” with guitarist Scotty Moore and bassist Bill Black. DJ Dewey Phillips played the song on July 8 on WHBQ radio and the switchboard lit up. Rock ‘n’ Roll was born and the music world changed forever. Elvis' musical career takes another path from 1956 through to 1969 Elvis stars in 31 Motion Pictures and from 1960 following his return from the Army his main focus is the movies. In 1969 Elvis makes a comeback to live performances which he missed so much for 9 years. Elvis gets a long term contract at the International Hotel in Vegas and becomes a biggest selling show in Vegas history.
