““Eddie Riel writes excellent songs and sings really well. I was struck by Eddie's half-strumming / half-finger picking style of playing...Eddie's playing is exactly right for his material. I can see/hear the strums and the notes, kind of a smooth strumming on the swing down and a semi-picking on the way up, so it's interesting ...And this folksy minstrel-esque manner fits the songs.
