“Echodog. A new breed of music. I was driving thru downtown Provo and saw a crowd of people gathered on the side of the road where a band was playing to the lights of living room lamps and hanging overhead bulbs, in the front yard of a house on the corner. The group is called Echodog and I soon figured out why people were gathering on the front lawn of a rented collage flop house. This band was good! What a great and fresh blend of percussion, tempos, vocals and harmonies this group had. People were coming out of surrounding houses, stopping in their cars and filling in the gaps of the front yard. One of the best hours of music I have heard. The band had a super mix of acoustic and electric instruments paired with very talented percussion. Every note counted in their original music as well as thoughtful and provocative lyrics. I booked them right then to play our 2013 music festival in Central Utah. JRE/Birch Creek Music Festival ”
