"In early 2010 ‘Dying to Be Alive’ performed for Byron Bay in the park as part of a Beach Mission outreach night. Their act is hugely entertaining hip hop full of personal testimony, biblical scripture and plenty of humour. They preached the gospel in a musical language that called out to passers by to take notice, stop and listen. Young people hung around to hear what they had to say, and when Pete and Altamira put down the mics they took the time to talk with these guys about living for Jesus. Dying to be Alive are loud and proud Christian musicians who grab their audience and challenge them to take God seriously."

Beach Mission Director Grace Bolt - Byron Bay Presbyterian Church

"Peter & Altamira are really natural ,friendly and cool, So young people in Japan opened their hearts to them easily. On the other hand, they are so truthful to Jesus. They told people about Jesus so straight. The method they used (thewayofthemaster.com) was so effective that some young Japanese people knew they were sinners. And they also prayed to Jesus for the first time. It was a great experience to work with them, and was also great training for me."

Toshi and Pastor Eko - Osaka Evangelistic Tabernacle (Japan)

"I had Peter and Altamira perform at my church recently and I thoroughly enjoyed them. They were a great couple on fire for God wanting to share to the Gospel with their music.''
