“ Counting Sheep - This is very remiscent of an Ani Di’franco song. The lyrics mainly but delivered in an alternative funk that jazzes it up a bit. In each song we have a very dominant female lead vox and a good blend of all instruments. I really enjoyed listening! I love to hear new things and progressive, new styles. I think Doubtwhistle has something special. I just wish that there were more “music lovers” who listen to good music as it is universal and not narrowed down to one genre. How boring would that be? Doubtwhistle is definitely not conventional or boring. I doubt that you will find another band like Doubtwhistle. They are taking every part of music they love and mixing it. I think it will come out strong. The lyrics are too great along with Tera’s versatility. The band definitely knows their parts well and plays with a “happiness” that you feel in the music. I recommend that you give them a listen. ”
