Q: What do you use to make your music and what should I start with hardware or software?

A: Hey thanks for the question. I use a bunch of different stuff depending on my mood, really. I started off sample-based so I use samples, I play a few different keyboards and I have several synthesizers. Gear-wise, I often use a Spectralis 2, KORG M3 and a few KORG Kaossilators. H or S? As far as starting off goes, you need to think about HOW you want to work. Either approach will be fine, but you have to roll with the one that INSPIRES you. And, to be honest, you don't have to choose one or the other. Mix and match to your hearts content. Good luck and thanks for the question.
