Devious feat. Partners N Crime
New Orleans rap legends Devious and Partners-N-Crime team up in what results as a club banger, “They Ain’t Got Nothin On Her.” With a great track from New Orleans music producer C. Smith Productions, P-N-C member Kango Slim blesses this single with an outstanding vocal arrangement as he performs intensely on the bridge and hook. Devious and Mr. Meanor offer two different and catchy lyrical performances as they express clear descriptions of a top quality female. Devious returns home to New Orleans and leaves somewhat of a historical imprint on New Orleans rap music. “The fans who have been following our music over the years can appreciate this collaboration,” said Devious.
This is the first collaboration between the freestyle fluent rap pioneer Devious and the club legends Partners-N-Crime. Devious is known for producing national bounce classic, “The Original Where They At?” by D.J. Jimi. Devious also collaborated with Bust Down on a video single, “The Club Scene” in 1998. Other notable songs are “Hey P-Poppers.” and “Street Life.” Devious’ most recent released aired post Hurricane Katrina, “Couldn’t Have Done it Without You.”
Partners-N-Crime has been busy following up on their last two hit singles, “So Attracted,” and “Move Around.” Kango left his imprint on the industry after composing songs, “Hands on Me” for Pleasure P. and Juvenile, “You Better Believe It” for Lil Boosie, “Money Round Here” for C Ride and T Pain , and “We Be Getting Money” for Juvenile, Shawty Lo, and Dorrough. Now the 17th ward trio make history with a single that is sure to be a favorite among the club scene.
