“I’ve been burned and I’ve been stitched before…no fun. Asheville’s Burnstitch, on the other hand, is very fun, particularly singer Logan Brown’s Jekyl-and-Hyde vocal pyrotechnics. Getting all low and aggressive on the verses, the man’s not afraid to croon a bit on the choruses and show his sensitive side to the ladies in the audience. This was the first show with the lineup of Brown, bassist Jeff Herron, drummer Rob Secor and guitarist Ryan Klinger, but you couldn’t tell, as tight as they were.”
