FREE!! On a yearly basis, two old friends from Philly get together and throw a birthday party for Bob Dylan. That the pals happen to be veteran troubadours Kenn Kweder and Jon Houlon (John Train, The Donuts) means that the group of collaborators they find to join them is stellar, and their covers well thought out. It will be a no-repeat event, the party's main rule: Two artists can't cover the same Dylan tune. In addition to your hosts, this years performers include: Dani Mari, Jason Cohn, Brian Seymour, Dylan Jane, Pete Rydberg, Philadelphia Ukelele Orchestra, Sarah Larsen, Matt Lafferty, Owen Lee, No Good Sister, Rev TJ McGlinchey, John Byrne, Eliza Jones with Mark Tucker, John and Brittany, Rick Henderson, Kevin Monko, She Hates Me, Steven Marmel, Josh Olmstead, Dan Reed, TC Cole, Michael Tearson, Jamie Carden, Jerry Getz, Nicki Sbaffoni, Lee Morgan, Knife and Fork, Jaime Olsen, Peter Stone Brown, Adam Gregory, Mike Brenner, Chris Palmer, Dave J., Nytrous, Skip Denenberg, David Rowan, Jim Dragoni, Chris DiGangi, Mark Monaghan, Jan Zarkin. Come enjoy a night out with good food & drink, while your your favorite Philly musicians celebrate Bob and his amazing catalogue. Again, this event is FREE!! Doors at 7pm, the show starts promptly at 7:30pm...COME EARLY TO GET A SEAT!
Brian Seymour was born in the shadow of NYC in Paterson N.J. and raised in Springsteen’s Red Bank. His musical education came courtesy of a father who relaxed to Neil Diamond on the family turntable each night and daily lessons with professors Matt Pinfield and Mike Marrone on FM 106.3 at the Jersey Shore. He began crafting songs in his teen years blending the power of American rock n’ roll with aspirations towards seasoned tunesmiths like Tom Waits and Carol King. Seymour’s whiskey-voice is familiar and memorable, hitting harder than your usual singer-songwriter fare. Some things worth asking him about: Turning a pair of shows at The Viper Room into a TV ad campaign for Pennsylvania Tourism, waking up to find one find one of his songs on a Cowboymouth record, and landing a residency singing Tom Waits covers in Shanghai.
A very Fire Christmas concert featuring a bunch of local bands performing their songs along with some x-mas classics.

"the singer/songwriter, who now splits his time between los angeles and new york, widens his horizons with the best new compositions, judas kiss and old soul, whose marriage of modern rock and orchestral touches would sound at home alongside coldplay and our lady peace on y100."
