Open Mic Night: We'll be playing for just 30mins between about 8:30 and 9, or 9 and 9:30, I forget.
The concert will feature the solo talents of guitarist Duncan Gardiner as well as the power-of-three with Perth’s newest acoustic act August Third. Duncan will present a range of original works, pieces composed for him by friends and specially selected gems. August Third boasts a fresh acoustic sound and a unique blend of classical guitar, African percussion, keyboards, vocals, violin and flute. Their original music is influenced by sounds derived from Latin, Jazz, Classical, Pop, African and World music. Proceeds go to the church mission fund.
Open Mic Night. August Third will be playing in a 'featured band' slot starting around 9:30-10ish for about 40mins.
