The Floyd Duncan Orchestra was formed by Bud Summers in 2009. Bud has released three CDs of original material and has received radio play throughout the midwest and in The United Kingdom and Australia. Two to three times a year he calls on musicians Marc Waters-percussion/drums/vocal, Jason McAtee-bass/vocals; Gary Will-guitar; Mike Waters-guitar; Jake McAtee-drums/percussion/vocals to play shows appearing as a trio or up to six musicians on stage as the Floyd Duncan Orchestra. Summers is a guitarist/singer/songwriter who after years of playing in bands of varying styles and with varying degrees of success broke out on his own in 2006. Bud plays mostly solo shows in the St Louis, MO area but also travels to play Chicago, IL; Nashville, TN; Michigan, Iowa, Illinois, MIssouri and Arkansas on a regular basis sometimes as Bud Summers and sometimes as Floyd Duncan.
