CK's work has been heard on ABC, NBC, CBS, HBO, CNN, BBC, Bravo, CMT, Discovery, VH1, MTV, G4, History Channel, Animal Planet, Style Network, TLC and others; her tune "Snap Crackle Pop" was used by Kmart in 6 national commercials in 2012-13. She has created music and sound designs for dozens of film, video, live theater and dance projects and is represented by several top-tier film/TV music publishers.
CK has performance backgrounds in both indie rock and experimental electronics -- notably with New Mexico avant-orchestral legends Out of Context and mJane -- plus a master's degree in composition. Her writing has been published in MIT's Computer Music Journal; she's also been interviewed about her work for Leonardo Music Journal. As a composer, her residencies include STEIM Labs in the Netherlands.
