The Littlest Birds / Bio

The Littlest Birds are a nationally touring cello and banjo duo from the Eastern Sierra of California with a unique sound blending elements of bluegrass, folk, and old time. Dynamic, and virtuosic yet down home and authentic, their style is hard to pinpoint, you'll just simply enjoy it.

Together since 2010 they've performed 100s of shows across 34 U.S. States, and Canada, including festivals, concert series, radio stations, farmer's markets, fine restaurants, house concerts, weddings, bars, street corners, backyards, wine cellars, and even one 200 year old Misión deep in the heart of the Baja Peninsula.

Recently you might've seen them at Oregon Country Fair, or the California Bluegrass Association's Father's Day Bluegrass Festival, or the Vancouver Folk Music Festival in British Columbia, Canada, among several others, not to mention the numerous venues around the country on their recent 2013 full U.S. Tour and heavy touring in 2014.
