Voted “one of the best local bands” for 2012 and 2013 in the Courier Post, the Amberlamps have been rocking the South Jersey and Philadelphia area since 2008. Their resume includes venues like McFadden's at Citizen's Bank Park, Shady Katie's in Somerdale, Dubh Linn Square Cherry Hill & Bordentown, Tango's Lounge at The Quarter in the Tropicana Atlantic City and Margaritaville at Resorts Casino Atlantic City. With a unique mix of covers that span the genres of Rock, Hip Hop, R&B as well as Classic Rock and Country, the Amberlamps provide an up-beat and high energy atmosphere that makes the dance floor irresistible.
The Amberlamps are fronted by lead singer Andrew Verrecchio whose talented and impressive vocal range allows the band to feature a broad scope of artists including Sublime, Justin Timberlake, Incubus, Notorious B.I.G., Usher, Big Punisher, Bruce Springsteen and Maroon 5. Andrew’s passion for performance along with his dynamic vocal range make him a diverse and charismatic front man. Patrick Salamon provides the guitar, keyboards, and vocals for the band. Patrick is a native of Cherry Hill, Nj and is influenced by jazz and jam/experimental bands. Drummer Brian Krutzel is from Manalapan, NJ and has a BM in Music Production and Technology and a Minor in Jazz Performance from the University of Hartford. In addition to the band, Brian studies and teaches tabla percussion at The Taalim School of Indian Music under the guidance of Pandit Divyang Vakil and teaches drum set at Musicians Workshop in Manalapan, NJ. Influenced by James Brown, Parliment Funkadelic, The Rolling Stones and The Talking Heads, Casey Marshall holds down the groove with infectious bass lines that keeps the party moving all night.
