Ducky & The Vintage / Bio

Ducky & the Vintage is a Rock/Alternative band based out of Harrisburg, PA. Frontman Matt Schmohl, a.k.a. Ducky, started the project in 2010 just for the sake of writing and playing music. After playing with some talented local musicians and as time progressed, a band was formed, now consisting of members Greg Hildebrand (guitars/keys), Micheal Tarrant (bass), and Logan Summey (drums).
The band draws inspiration from artists such as Queens of the Stone Age, Foo Fighters, The Black Keys, Led Zeppelin and other rock bands alike. The music reflects that inspiration. Ducky & the Vintage has played all over the U.S. from Summerfest in Milwaukee, the largest music festival in the world, to SXSW in Austin, TX, and has opened for national artists such as the Goo Goo Dolls, Kid Cudi, and Foxy Shazam. Their live show has high voltage energy coupled with bluesy grooves that will either make you want to full on dance or at the very least tap your toes while enjoying a brew. So far, they’ve released an EP titled Flowers and are releasing a full length, self titled album in early 2014.
