Faces Unturned started out in 2007 with Travis Abrams and Daniel Fenn sitting down with an acoustic and putting together a few songs.
After adding Aaron Lord in guitar and Kenneth Youngblood on drums, the band starting to put together some good originals. In 2010 Faces Unturned played several venues around the Greenville area such as Gumby's and Karma. The band has played several benifits for Diabeties, Rhett Syndrom and a toy drive for Anderson DSS children. These guys will play any benefit show just to be able to help someone, a party or full out show just to be heard.
In 2011 Faces Unturned "FU" completely turned around. With member changes such as Shane Hall on drums, Nick Kujawski on bass and adding James Morefield (of Trauma Slave) on back up vocals. The band has exploded back on the music scene. Meshing together infulences ranging from country, to southern rock, to metal creating a Southern Metal sound. The band has put together a sound all their own. Playing songs of their own such as "Why?", "Sick", and "Road of Despair" they show they can rock out then mellow out. With the release of their first EP "Road of Despair" and the drive of Josh Wilson FU is spreading across North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
