Amber Smoke is a singer, dancer, rapper, songwriter, and actress from Houston, Texas currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated from Bellaire H.S. and received “Best Dancer” award. In addition, she was awarded a scholarship to American Music and Dramatic Arts College in Hollywood, CA. She turned down the college offer to pursue her dreams of becoming a professional recording artist and just one year later was featured as the only unknown and female rapper on “Rap-a-lot’s 25th Anniversary Album” along with Lil Wayne, Bird Man, Rick Ross, Bun B, and more. Amber received high praise for her re-make of the classic rap song, “Payback” originally performed by Choice, Rap-a-lot’s 1st female rapper. She was also a preliminary round winner at BET’s Next Big Music Star contest and has been featured on many websites including J. Cole’s fan page for her re-mix of “Who Dat” and Roc Nation’s website. Amber dropped her highly anticipated mixtape, entitled “SHE AIN’T ME” to favorable reviews which features original and re-mixes where she incorporated an eclectic mix of hip hop, r&b, and rock. Amber wrote and executive produced the 20 song mixtape which received over 17,000 downloads and streams on DatPiff.com including over 600 Facebook likes and favorable comments. Additionally, Amber broke in to Reverbnation.com top ten several times and has also received thousands of views on her self-directed, edited, and choreographed music videos.
